GALLERY INFORMATION
In 1984, Galerie Tokyo Humanité opened in Ginza as a Tokyo branch of Galerie Humanité in Nagoya and then moved to Kyobashi area in 2004. The gallery specializes in Japanese contemporary art and showcases artworks by Japan’s leading artists Kano Mitsuo, Miyazaki Shin and Ikeda Tatsuo as well as remarkable artists Noda Hiroji, Kawashima Kiyoshi, Hayashi Takahiko, Nukata Nobuhiko and Nagare Manika. In addition, the gallery showcases artworks by young emerging artists Tokimatsu Haruna, Tomita Natsumi, Mukoyama Yutaka, and provides an experimental space “humanité lab” for students and young artists. In recent years, the gallery keeps a close relationship with other Asian art business and introduces a wide variety of art.
