The gallery opened in March of 1989 by minor collector Mr. Mimura. While a collector, artists such as Lee Ufan and Kishio Suga were the focus, while over the years handling the artist Kazumi Nakamura became more of a main focus. In 1991 "Saburo Muraoka and Beuys: A Two-Person Exhibition' was held at the gallery. A catalog was produced, which at this time, was almost completely handmade, but has become a published catalog in recent years. We hope to continue to introduce Takemi Nishimoto and Yasuko Toyoshima, and our young artist Kadota Mitsumasa. We also plan to continue to exhibit and celebrate the work of Kenichi Wada who sadly passed away at a young age.
